AI Education Focus
Exclusive funding for women scholars in AI Education to attend AIDE 2026, aiming to promote gender diversity in academic exchanges and support career development of women researchers.
Eligible Applicants
- Women PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, or early-career faculty (≤5 years after PhD) in AI Education or related fields
- Applicants who will present a paper/poster or lead a session at AIDE 2026
- Scholars from underrepresented regions (priority for developing countries) or returning to academia after career breaks (e.g., maternity leave)
Funding Coverage
- International/domestic conference registration fees
- Round-trip transportation (flights, trains, buses)
- Accommodation during the conference (up to 3 nights)
- Access to women scholars-only networking sessions and mentorship programs

Science Communicators
Public Content Output
Special funding to reward and support scholars skilled in communicating complex scientific concepts to the public, as well as tech journalists covering AI Education. The program aims to expand AIDE 2026's social impact through high-quality public content.
Eligible Applicants
- Scholars (any career stage) in AI Education who have experience in public science communication (e.g., published科普 articles, produced science videos)
- Tech journalists, science communicators, or content creators specializing in education technology/AI fields
- Applicants committed to producing public-facing content about AIDE 2026 and AI Education topics
Funding Coverage
- Conference registration fees (full coverage)
- Partial coverage of round-trip transportation and accommodation (up to 350 USD total)
- Small stipend for content production (e.g., equipment rental, editing costs)
- Opportunity to showcase content at the conference's "Science Communication Showcase" session
Required Public Content Output
Recipients must complete one or more of the following content types within 1 month after the conference:
- Conference Report Short Video: 3-5 minutes, introducing key insights, keynote speeches, or innovative research from AIDE 2026 (to be published on official AIDE channels and recipient's platforms)
- Popular Science Article: 800-1500 words, explaining AI Education trends or conference highlights in accessible language (to be published on mainstream science/tech media or blogs)
- Science Podcast: 15-30 minutes, interviewing conference speakers or discussing AI Education topics (with transcript provided)
Content must mention AIDE 2026 and comply with the conference's content guidelines.
