About the Opportunity

AIDE 2026 calls for student volunteers to support the organization and smooth running of the conference in Osaka, Japan, from August 20–23, 2026.

As a volunteer, you will receive a Non-author Full Registration, granting access to all sessions, workshops, keynotes, and social events (including the conference dinner). This is a unique chance to engage with the international research community.

Requirements

Open to undergraduate, master, doctoral students, and postdocs. Friendly, reliable, and fluent in English.

Selection

Priority for students from underrepresented groups. Balanced regional and institutional distribution.

Expectations

Commit 20–25 hours during the conference. Be punctual, proactive, and collaborative.
